Inspiration

Inspiration is necessary if you are designing a web site. You must understand the definition of the word to know if you are inspired. “The action or power of moving the intellect or emotions.”The act of drawing in, specifically the drawing of air into the lungs (Curtis pp.105).  Inspiration for these web designers had to come from their love for the weather.They were inspired by the aesthetic value of the weather.They were able to visualize and create positive pictures and scenery of the four seasons.They collaborated on different artistic aspects for each seasons. Each page had a picture or an abode flash showing kids and adults enjoying the weather or the environment.

It could be a snowy mountain or a young man skiing. The most creative aspect is when you navigated from page to page. At the top of every page you will see beautiful autumn leaves slowly falling from trees. This is inspiring to the user and the designer. The decision to be inspired by the beauty of the fall season had to be an epiphany of someone on the design team. The decision that kids should be seen enjoying the weather was a magnificent gesture. To see pictures of kids on each link relishing in the different seasons has to be inspiring to the user. The inspiration for these designers where to expose the best of nature. Finding creative ways to inspire the user was the motivation and inspiration for these web designers.
