Sarah Morgan's CMS 3710 home page
This is the home page for my work in CMS 3710, a class offered during the fall 2008 semester at Clayton State University, in Morrow, Georgia, USA.
Web Site Analysis
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution is a daily newspaper that provides information about what is happening in Atlanta and around the globe. The newspaper utilizes a website that contains the latest news, entertainment buzz, Atlanta events, games and more. Unlike other newspaper websites such as The New York Times, the AJC does not have a web page layout similar to a traditional newspaper. Instead, a box to the left contains the day's headlines, with tabs that range from headlines, entertainment and lifestyle stories with minimal color other than photos. The AJC page is minimalistic which makes for a quick loading page easy to navigate. It also puts entertainment news on the right side column with "interesting" headlines that intrigue readers.
