Ike Allen's CMS 3710 home page
This is the home page for my work in cms 3710, a class offered in the Fall 2008 semester at Clayton State University in Morrow GA, USA.
Web Site Analysis
The National Football League website features a non-linear style. It provides users with the latest NFL news and highlights. Users are allowed to quickly reference team statistics and information. The extreme top left corner of the homepage displays a small JPEG AFC (American Football Conference) logo, followed by the logos of each AFC team, followed by the NFC (National Football Conference) team logos.Team logos function as hyperlinks. Choosing a team logo opens a new window, displaying that team's home page. Headings are logically located below the official NFL insignia. The topography of NFL home page consists of concise, strategically chunked text. Readers may randomly select bits of information about the latest news and video from the NFL. The bottom of the page features logically arranged navigational links.Like magazines, the categories beneath the headings are tagged with red dingbat arrows. The bottom of the homepage has the same basic function as the top; it shows the hyperlinked NFL logos. The website meets and exceeds my expectations and needs.
