Meetings

Team meeting after class. Ian showed us the website he created. We verified the info was correct. All team members reviewed requirements document and noted problems to correct. Scheduled meeting with customer for Feb25th to verify that our requirements document was correct.

Jocelyn Rampy – Took team notes from both meetings. Finished requirements document. Continued to research merge algorithms.

Ian Gualdoni – Created and edited web page with team info. Added suggestions from team about enhancements to website.

Nathan Buffington – Continued brainstorming on project requirements. Researched existing merge algorithms and played with coding.

Victoria Nguyen – Read information published on the TQA website regarding team project to understand the project scope. Researched for similar project out there. Met with other teammates to discuss our approaches, team rules and our team communication methods.

Goals for next week:

Research, Research, Research! Bring research together and compare notes. Start on Project Plan. Make any changes necessary to requirements document after we receive our grade and review. Post requirements document to website. Submit time estimates for project plan. Have a definite idea how we will be developing the application….as far as which coding, etc.

Problems Encountered:

Miscommunication about team meeting and only 1 person showed up for team meeting with the customer. As a result we received a low grade for the requirements document.
