Meetings

Team meeting after class. Discussed how to approach project. Scheduled meeting with customer (John Preston).

Met with Prof Preston and got an idea of what he is looking for in this project. Research Merge Algorithms and get ideas of what already exists. Our goal will be to take existing algorithm, add new feature, and have an application that will merge multiple documents into one document while allowing user to accept or decline changes.

Jocelyn Rampy – Identified as Project Leader. Took team notes from both meetings and planned requirements document. Also research Merge Algorithm projects.

Ian Gualdoni – Identified as Web Master. Got Team info to start Web Page. Planned on researching Merge Algorithms and backup to Developer.

Nathan Buffington – Developer. Brainstormed project and researched on existing algorithms and previous algorithm projects.

Victoria Nguyen – Tester. Assisted researching algorithms, webmaster, and working with developer.

Goals for next week:

Research, Research, Research! Bring research together and compare notes. Start on Requirements document. We will make sure website is up and running and ensure we all understand our roles and what is required to complete this project.
